Horizon Cafe Desserts: Mango Sago with Pomelo and Ice Cream

Have you tried already tried dining at the peak of Iloilo? Where you can enjoy your food and personally see for yourself what Iloilo is from above, witness the blue hour and the beautiful orangery sunset view.

Horizon Cafe - is a newly opened Singaporean restaurant at Iloilo's highest building Injap Tower Hotel located at the 21st floor of the building. Injap Tower is the first highest building standing in Iloilo City.

What is my first impression about Singaporean Cuisine?. Well It's my first time eating Singaporean food and I have a lot of expectations also changes to consider. I must first adopt the way how they cook their food. O thought it was so expensive but not really. I mean not to expensive not to cheap-it's in the middle part. Anyway I love to eat and the first time I ate at Horizon it was surprising that I got what I expect plus the quality of service is good, friendly atmosphere. I guess based on my experience I think I' giving them a rate of 4.5 out of 1 to 5. But seriously the place and the food is the best.

It was Sunday, August 17, 2014 where my friend and I wanted to eat some desserts at the peak of Iloilo. We went to SM City-a mall in Iloilo in front of the hotel to eat some pizza at famous pizza house Pizza Hut. After eating we roam around the mall for a half an hour then proceed to the hotel.

We arrived at the 21st floor where Horizon Cafe is located and find a seat and order some desserts. While browsing the menu, I saw this interesting desserts I wanted to try.

The Mango Sago with Pomelo and Ice Cream. I ordered one to try. I am so excited trying it, inside my mind was a lot of flavors going on.

Anyway, at the time it was served I first took a picture of it. It has 1 scoop of mango flavored Ice Cream with some melted mango flavored cream plus some pomelo. It is served in a bowl with a little spoon with it.

The taste is good, you can really enjoy the combination of mango and pomelo. A taste that is new to me yet very good.

Horizon Cafe serves a lot of desserts and it is all affordable, I tasted Chendol and then this. Both are very sweet and will relief your stress.

Come and try their desserts with your friends, family, relatives, girlfriend, boyfriend, and friends whoever with you even you alone yourself, you will truly enjoy with a beautiful view of the city.
