They prepared us a free dinner introducing us their newly developed dishes that is purely - straight European style of dishes. 

Steps of Rome has been in Iloilo for a quite some time and also brought Ilonggo cusine abroad like in Singapore, now we probably been eating here at Steps of Rome for a couple of time or even more, but what make this so promising is that this is a new set of dishes very European. 

One of us asked what's new or what to expect here in the Steps of Rome.

Chef Pauline Gorriceta-Banusing replied " This is very European and we are serving Croque Madame, Spanish Chorizo Fritata, Belgian Waffles Dulce De Leche with Blueberries and Pistachio Ice Cream, and also Big Breakfast which is available for the whole day. " Chef Pauline also added " don't worry because everything here in Steps of Rome is in a very reasonable price. "

Steps or Rome at Plazuela De Iloilo in Diversion Road is open from 10:00am - 11:00pm.

Horizon Cafe - Authentic Singaporean style cuisine is now in Iloilo City's tallest building Injap Tower Hotel located at  West Diversion Road, Manduriao Iloilo front of SM City Mall. Ilonggos can now have a taste of new fine dining and have a good view of Iloilo from the top. 

Last night,  July 18, 2014 at 7:30 PM I went and witness the cutting of ribbon of Horizon Cafe Iloilo as shown in the photo above. There were a lot of guest and I also meet new friends. 

The Horizon Cafe will be open daily from 6.00am to 9.30pm. with the following.

Breakfast:........................................6.00am to 10.00am

Lunch:.............................................11.00am to 2.00pm

Afternoon tea:..................................2.00pm to 5.00pm

Happy Hour:....................................5.00pm to 7.00pm

Dinner:.............................................6.30pm to 9.30pm

There are still many foods, I just forgot to take some pictures with the other foods cause I was enjoying them. But all I can say is that, the food was very delicious, very good, take your time in eating them you will truly enjoy.
